• Any other voluntary or Not-For-Profit organisation

• Ubberley

Projects We Can Support 

Your project must:

• Support locally based charities or community groups through community events, improving the environment, or purchasing a piece of equipment for use by local residents.

Grants Available

Grants of up to £2000 are available for charitable organisations

Documents You Must Send Us

Organisations – The following documents must be provided with your application form. If you fail to provide these documents, your application form will not be considered. All documents should be submitted at the time of application.

• Governing document – A constitution or Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Accounts – most recent
• Bank Statement – no older than 3 months and clearly showing the account name, number and sort code
• Safeguarding policy
• Equality policy
• Quotes for any capital items

Individuals (tenants of an EPIC property) – You should expect to evidence the need, which may include receiving a visit to verify the broken equipment and to arrange replacement.

Submission Dates

Applications may be submitted at any time, and will be considered at a panel meeting.

Panel meetings take place twice each year.

Applications submitted between 1st January and 30th June will be considered at a panel meeting in July.

Applications submitted between 1st July and 31st December will be considered at a panel meeting in January.
